VILLA DRN | Archello Awards 2026 Longlist – Architecture & Stone Award

20 ottobre 2026

How might the use of stone be both timeless and innovative? Submissions in this Archello Awards 2026 category should showcase projects that creatively integrate stone into their design, celebrating its natural beauty, durability, and sustainability. Whether used structurally, decoratively, or as cladding, the winning project will demonstrate innovative techniques and thoughtful application of this age-old material.

Located on the elite waterfront of Dubai's Palm Jumeirah, Villa DRN is a sculptural, dual-faced architectural organism that redefines the relationship between domestic space, light, materials, and the surrounding landscape. Developed over three above-ground levels and a basement, the residence transcends mere habitation, transforming into a private showroom where geometric rigor meets meticulous, tailored material research.
