The Financial Innovation Valley is located in the DISHUI Lake Core Area of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone Lingang Area, between the Modern Service Industry Opening-up Area along the central axis on the north bank of the lake (which encompasses the lakefront Financial Bay), and the oceanfront future commercial center. This concept originated from the lake and sea culture of Lingang. Lingang faces the sea on both sides, and DISHUI Lake has become the basis for the development of the urban layout. Therefore, the lake-sea culture related to "water" has achieved the urban temperament of Lingang that is inclusive of the atmosphere and inclusive of all rivers. Our design takes "water" as the starting point. The planning and design of the twin towers is inspired by the two stones carved by the flowing water on the banks of the Dishui Lake. The flowing water passes through the entire plot, not only shaping the round and streamlined appearance of the building, but also creating a streamlined landscape space experience, making the entire architectural landscape design natural.
